This patient's habitual correction gave him vision of 20/30 O.D. and 20/40 O.S. Refraction revealed a small increase in myopia and astigmatism. Best correction resulted in solid 20/20 vision O.U.

Extraocular muscle and pupil responses were normal. Intraocular pressures were 13mm Hg O.D., 14mm Hg O.S. Biomicroscopy showed normal corneas, anterior chambers, iris structures and lenses in both eyes.

Dilated fundus examination of the left eye showed the disk findings seen in the photo. The right eye was normal.
