Blurred Vision Follows Steady Weight Gain

History
History A 37-year-old black female presented complaining of increased episodes of transient, blurred vision in both eyes over the last 2 months. She said these episodes typically occurred when she stood up and lasted for 20-30 seconds. She denied headaches, tinnitus or nausea but reported a 20-pound weight gain over the past 8 months. The patient was 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 192 pounds.

Diagnostic Data
Best-corrected acuity was 20/20 O.U. at distance and near. External examination, pupil exam and anterior segment examination were all normal. IOP was 16mm Hg O.U. The pertinent dilated fundus findings are shown in the photographs.
